Why Choose NTIB for Business Financing

Your choice of financing partner matters more than most owners expect. Take capital or advice from the wrong source and the business can end up worse off than before it started looking.

Here is how we work, and what we think separates it.

We prepare you before we approach anyone

This is the part most brokers skip, and it is the single biggest reason files get declined. Before we take your deal to a lender, we review your financial statements and supporting documentation, correct what is wrong, and improve how the whole package presents.

Lender relationships matter, but preparation is what separates an approval from a rejection. A strong business with a badly assembled file gets turned down regularly. We would rather spend the time up front than burn a lender relationship on a deal that was never going to clear as submitted.

A full range of products, not one

A specialist with a single product will always find a way to make your situation fit that product. We are not structured that way.

We help companies raise debt capital across commercial mortgages, working capital loans, unsecured business credit lines, equipment financing, purchase order funding, cash advance products and private credit. The goal on every file is the lowest-cost solution that actually fits, which sometimes means telling you the thing you asked for is the wrong tool.

We hold strong relationships with banks, private lenders and other financing institutions, which is what makes matching a business to the right one possible rather than guesswork.

Part-time CFO and COO support

One of the harder problems for startups and small businesses is building a financial management system that actually works. Usually it is not a knowledge gap so much as a time one. The owner is running the business day to day and never gets to cash flow modelling, trend analysis or KPI reporting.

We can take that on as a part-time CFO or COO, including setting up accounting systems, sourcing off-site staff, and building the operational reporting that tells you what is happening before it becomes a problem. That frees you to spend your attention on selling, which is usually where it belongs.

We stay involved after the deal closes

Plenty of brokers disappear once the funding lands. We stay in the file, and continue advising on efficiency and operations afterwards. The financing is often the start of the relationship rather than the end of it.

What we bring to it

NTIB Finance & Consulting is built on more than 40 years of combined business ownership and management experience. We have raised over $50 million in capital for businesses across New York and nationwide, across more than 100 closed deals in a wide range of industries and financing types.

Michael Weinberg has spent over 40 years owning and managing businesses and advising other companies and not-for-profits on operations, finance and insurance. He is a certified advisor with Xero and works with QuickBooks Online, providing bookkeeping and controller services alongside the financing work. Partner David Hirsch holds Series 63 and Series 82 licenses and brings a background in building and growing international metal manufacturing companies, which widens what we can support in private credit and equity.

You can see the range of what we have closed on our completed projects page.

How we treat your information

Your financial details, business challenges and personal circumstances stay confidential. That is worth stating plainly, because raising capital requires handing over a great deal about yourself and your company, and you should know where it goes.

Growing a business does not have to be complicated. Tell us what you need and we will work out how to get there. Call 914.419.3059, email mike@ntibfin.com, or book a free consultation. The first conversation is always free.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of business financing does NTIB arrange?

NTIB works across commercial mortgages, working capital loans, unsecured business credit lines, equipment financing, purchase order funding, cash advance products and private credit. Rather than fitting every client to a single product, the aim on each file is to identify the lowest-cost option that genuinely suits the situation.

Why does preparation matter before applying to a lender?

Financially sound businesses are declined regularly because the file was assembled poorly. Reviewing financial statements and supporting documentation, correcting errors and improving how the package presents before it reaches a lender is what separates approvals from rejections, and it avoids spending a lender relationship on a submission that was never going to clear.

Does NTIB offer support beyond arranging financing?

Yes. NTIB provides part-time CFO and COO support, including cash flow modelling, trend analysis, KPI reporting, setting up accounting systems and sourcing off-site staff. Consulting continues after a deal closes rather than ending at funding.
